Abstract
We report a clinical case of a rare variant of dermatofibroma (aneurysmal type) in a 25-year-old male patient, lesion located in a medial region of the left thigh resulting from atypical vascularized epithelioid proliferation, with its own histological characteristics and well defined. The objectives of this description were the rarity of the lesion and the importance from the histopathological point of view, when compared in the differential diagnosis with other benign and malignant tumors and the terminology currently used.
