Abstract
Plasma causes controlled thermal damage to the skin. Histological studies confirmed collagen production. Currently, patients seek non-invasive and non-surgical solutions for rejuvenation, stimulation of collagen and elastin and removal of excess skin. To present the result of 3 sessions of Plasma Jet on the eyelids of two patients phototype 3 - Fitzpatrick scale. Female, 38 and 63 years old, both phototype 3 on the Fitzpatick Scale. Hygiaplasma device from the company KLD Biosistemas. 3 sessions held once a month. Documented evidence from histological studies, immediate tissue contraction events are observed; vacuolation of the basal cell layer at the dermal-epidermal junction; regenerated epidermis and intense fibroplasia in the papillary and superior reticular dermis, in the zone of thermal modification. The present case report showed a satisfactory aesthetic response in the reduction of excess eyelid skin, but I believe that the use of maximum power in the 3 sessions with an interval of at least 45 days would bring better results.
