Abstract
Pregnancy for women is a physiological milestone, bringing several biological changes and adaptations, as well as social and psychological ones. And with that, it can generate some alterations even in the skin (1). Of these alterations, we have atopic dermatitis (AD).Its objectives are to demonstrate the treatments available for atopic dermatitis in pregnant women, in addition to the challenges in this treatment. This is an integrative review whose inclusion criteria are: articles in English and Portuguese, published from the year 2011 onwards, having as exclusion criteria articles outside this period of publication and in languages other than Portuguese and English. It is seen that this subject is very current since most articles are from the year 2021, and the oldest was published in 2017 showing the topicality of the topic. The treatment itself is simple and effective, but it must be accompanied by a specialist as there is a chance of a significant worsening, and if the patient is pregnant, the follow-up must be meticulous.
