Abstract
Bullous lichen sclerosus et atrophicus is a rare variant of lichen sclerosus et atrophicus, more prevalent in the anogenital region and in menopausal women, and may present in an extragenital manner, and is difficult to respond to treatment. These case report aims to present a rare variant of lichen sclerosus et atrophicus, both for its bullous presentation and for its extragenital location. The patient was seen at the dermatology clinic with sclerotic and bullous lesions, accompanied by pain and pruritus, which were clinically and histopathologically evaluated and treated with hydroxychloroquine, progressing with improvement.
