Coquetel de Fatores de Crescimento Incluindo Fator 9 de Crescimento de Fibroblastos (Cellcurin) Sérum no Tratamento da Alopecia Androgenética

Abstract

Androgenetic alopecia (AGA) is the most common cause of hair loss in men and women. New therapeutic options are emerging, such as Growth Factor Cocktail (GFC) therapy. Cellcurin serum is composed of FGF, VEFG, KFG, SCF, IGF-1, FGF9, SOD-1 and noggin peptide. The study aims to assess the effectiveness of growth factor cocktail (GFC) therapy including fibroblast growth factor 9 (FGF9) (Cellcurin) topical serum in individuals with AGA. Randomized Clinical Trial with 10 men and 10 women with AGA. CEP-UFU approval: 36918620.8.0000.5152. Use of Cellcurin serum 2 drops / day for 12 weeks. 2 bottles per participant. Trichoscopic photos before and after the frontal region and the vertex. Statistical analysis using the t test (IBM SPSS-25). The use of Cellcurin serum in AAG is associated with expressive and significant increase in the amount of hair per cm², in the amount of terminal hair, sum of the diameters of the terminal wires, in both regions, frontal and vertex. The increase in the proportion between terminal hair and vellus was statistically significant in the frontal region.
