Abstract

Fibrokeratoma is a dermatological disorder characterized by a rare benign neoplastic wound located in the nail bed, and is a variant of the acquired digital fibrokeratoma (ADF) 1.2.

The authors describe a case report of acquired periungual fibrokeratoma diagnosed and treated in a 77 years old man, born in Minas Gerais, living in Sao Paulo, salesman, report a 4 years ago an keratotic wound began to increase gradually and slowly but without pain, burning or any other symptoms and without any pretreatment.
