Abstract
Skin thickening and marked hair, resulting from wrinkles, expression lines, ptosis and atrophy, are the main complaints of patients seeking facial rejuvenation. The minilifting outlines a treatment proposal with interesting and minimally invasive results. Case report of a face minilift in a patient complaining of skin enlargement aspects. Review of medical records, interview with outpatient care, photographic record and review in digital health libraries. A 67-year-old female patient, rooted in São Paulo, presents with sagging and raised face. After these ill-fated, it was proposed to me to perform a mini-face lift consisting of anchorage. Inner rejuvenation surgery techniques have evolved with less invasive techniques in order to provide a faster recovery. In this sense, the minilifting is able to trace satisfactory results with a low rate of complications and the patient's early return to daily activities.
