Tratamento do Eflúvio Telógeno Pós-Covid 19

Abstract

Telogen effluvium, characterized by the daily increase in hair loss, which is generally more apparent in the bitemporal region, is cited as a complaint by patients with a positive diagnosis of Coronavirus, whose symptoms may appear or persist even after recovery from Covid-19. The work aims to report a case of post-COVID telogen effluvium 19 and the conduct of treatment. Since the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic, several sequelae have been noticed in people who recover from this disease, one of the possibilities being hair loss. In the study patient, affected by the Coronavirus, it can be said that the telogen effluvium was activated, mainly, by fever and post-Covid-19 stress. One of the main reasons for capillary falls is due to physical stress and febrile peaks after Covid 19, thus triggering the temporary telogen effluvium. It is concluded, in this sense, that the topical treatment is very favorable, presenting positive results for the improvement of hair loss.
